lookupccsid codesetName
Description
This z/OS Co:Z utility is useful for determining the unicode services CCSID
associated with a character set.
This program uses the __toCcsid() z/OS C runtime library function
to determine the numeric CCSID associated with codesetName. If
unsuccessful, 0 is returned
